Rachel Coventry

Rachel is a professional programme and project manager with over 25 years experience of leading complex change in the UK and globally. She has worked in the financial services, public services, food, drink, chemicals and transport sectors, successfully delivering organisational and operational restructuring and the integration of IT and the web into business processes.

Trained as a Risk and Business Analyst, she is highly skilled in understanding and breaking down complex issues, structuring the underlying concepts clearly and concisely. With considerable expertise in communications and stakeholder engagement, she works effectively with diverse external and internal stakeholder groups. She has recent experience of using technology to support remote communications and engagement on large scale implementation projects. 

Clive Moulson

Clive has an impressive track record in successfully leading and completing a number of transformational change projects on behalf of a major financial services company. As a member of the executive board, he led the strategic consultancy, marketing and sales functions and led on crises communications. He has extensive experience of stakeholder engagement and led the development of partnerships at Board level.

With the ability to rapidly build a picture of an organisation through background research and excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, Clive builds understanding and trust. An expert in strategic positioning and influencing, Clive uses skills developed over a successful 30 year career in sales to help customers  better understand how well their  communications are working.

Kathleen Theobald

Kath works with us part time to support business development. She’s got great communications skills and is an events management specialist in her own right, she delivers major events and other communictions projects for and on behalf of her customers through her own business Communiceight. 

Zoe Willcox

Zoe’s a graphic designer and works with us to help with the design of our web site and newsletters. She’s got own successful business, Creight Graphics <link>.
